昔から訪問したかったこちらの広川さん
2年ほど前、よく通っていた居酒屋のマスターが、こちらの大将の下で修業をすると十数年続けたお店を閉めました
そして今年から表に出るようになったと聞いたので早速訪問です
場所は京橋ですね。その昔、京橋にはよく遊びに来ましたが、グランシャトーの奥まできたのは初めてですわ
真っ暗の細い路地にぽつんと広川の明かりが灯っていました
2階に上がり扉を開くとパッと明るくなり、真逆だった清潔感に安心します
久し振りの再開ですが大将が横にいてるので私語には気を使うようですw
軽く挨拶を済ませビールを注文
まずお造りからスタートしていきますが、写真の順番の通りなので割愛します
茶碗蒸しが折り返し地点で、そこから握りへ
赤酢のしゃりですね。やはりこれが一番好きですわ
手巻き、玉、お味噌汁で私ともう一人はストップ
もう一人はそこから握りで蛤、太刀魚、車海老。手巻きの雲丹いくら巻きで完結
作業が良く見えるカウンターですが、見てて飽きません
一品一品にかける手間と拘りが素晴らしいですね

あともう一つ失念・・・
冷蔵庫の中にも乾坤一(けんこんいち)など宮城のお酒が多いのは何か理由がありそうです
さすが美味しかったです
残念だったのは自分の体調がすぐれず、最後の握りまで食べれなかったこと
雲丹といくらの手巻きは美味しそうに食べてましたね~
次回は必ず最後まで食べます(笑)
そしてこの内容で一人14,500円は安いですね
新地であるような高級食材を惜しげもなく使用した一品などはなく、
一般的なネタと手間で勝負されている王道を行くお店でした
ごちそうさまでした!
