今夜は彼女の為に北浜にある【焼鳥 温(あつ)】さんを予約して行ってきました〜♫

以前はミナミの八幡筋で営業されていて、その時に美味しかった記憶があったから今回もワクワクと期待が膨らみます♫

新鮮で綺麗な全く臭みのない鳥刺しに纏わりつく上質な胡麻油の香り。

それぞれごま油パウダーと生姜醤油でいただきます。
どちらも皮はパリパリで中はレアでしっとりと柔らか❤︎
特に鴨は上品な脂の旨味が凄いです!!!
噛めば噛むほど鴨の旨味が口の中に広がります。
赤鶏も同様に美味しい❤︎

桐の箱に入ったふわふわの削りたて鰹節。
食べると口の中でほろりと溶ける極薄鰹節は焼き鳥につけて食べてよし、
お酒のアテにしてもよし♫

塩辛い訳ではなく淡白なズリの美味しさが最大限に引き出されています❤︎

こちらも皮はパリパリ、身は柔らかく程よい脂身で美味しいです❤︎
◆牛蒡
鶏ガラスープで炊いた牛蒡を鶏皮で巻いて焼いた後、最後に出汁醤油で仕上げた創作串。
おこげのような香ばしさと美味しさに2人共、目がハートになりました(〃艸〃)

しっかりとした噛みごたえ、噛めば噛むほど鴨の甘味を味わえます❤︎

薄い食パンにレタスと焼き鳥を挟んだのが手渡しされて思わず笑っちゃいました♫

美味しい焼き鳥に日本酒、ワインとアルコールも進んで幸せな時間を過ごせました❤︎
