✅大阪・豊中、親子丼で人気の「鼓道」さんの新業態、完全紹介予約制
✅1階カウンター席では「おまかせコース」、仕入れにより内容が異なり、毎回行くたびに違った部位の串が楽しめます
✅2階個室では今後、鍋物の提供を始められるみたいでこちらも行ってみたい!

・地鶏ももタレ焼き
黄色と紫のエディブルフラワーがとっても可愛いー
身はプリプリ、皮はとても香ばしく素晴らしい味わい☺️
・食前酒
桜の葉が浮いており、心がやわらぎます☺️
・前菜5種盛り合わせ
地鶏の心、紀州鴨ロース煮、金柑、なると金時レモン煮で、それぞれに味の特徴があって美味しかった♬
・ヤングコーンと豆乳の冷製茶碗蒸し
ひんやりとした感じが豆乳の優しい味わいにあってて良かったです。
・白肝
口の中でとろけてきて最高!
・木の芽と生姜のガリ
串のもののお口直しにピッタリの一品。
・紀州鴨の心臓(ハツ)
3羽分の心臓を使っているそうでとても希少な部位、むっちり歯ごたえがあり旨い
・地鶏のせせり
ジューシーでプリプリのお肉が美味しー!
・紀州鴨のささみ
漬けのささみとの食感が楽しめて、めちゃくちゃ旨い♬
・大根おろし
さっぱり感が脂を中和してくれます。
・よもぎ生麩
お餅のようなもちもち食感の生麩で、よもぎの風味と醤油タレが美味しかった
・鴨のこころのこり
食感は皮のようにもっちり弾力があり旨かったです!
・地鶏のむね肉
身はプリプリジューシー、皮がパリッと香ばしくて美味しかった
・アスパラとホワイトアスパラ
鴨の脂と醤油を合わせたタレが美味しいですね。
・鴨のレアカツサンド
鴨肉の旨味に加え、しっとりパンに染み込んだ鴨脂が最高♬

ぷりぷりの食感で旨み爆発、希少な部位が味わえて嬉しい!

鶏の旨みが存分に味わえます
・地鶏手羽先
奈良漬の塩味と大葉の爽やかさ手羽先の旨みを引き出し、奈良漬けの酒臭さが全くなく美味!
・地鶏と新生姜、柴漬け、鴨だし土鍋ご飯
パリパリの柴漬け、新生姜の風味がアクセント、何杯でも食べれそう

まさか淡雪に出会えるとは思っていなかったので、とっても嬉しかったです!
甘夏の爽快さに、ひんやりー☺️
・みたらし団子
炭火で焼き上げた団子はもっちり香ばしい♫
コース、追加を合わせて約23品ぐらい食べて、なんと7,800円(税別)、とても大満足
お店の方が料理を提供するごとに説明してくださったり、色々お話され黙々と食べるのではなく会話も楽しめとても良いひと時でした♬!
