2018年9月。
夜に新地の『串かつ凡 離れ』に行ってきました〜♪
半年ほど前に『串かつ凡』さんを利用していますが、離れ
の方は初めてになります。
18時半に入店しカウンター席の奥へ。
最初はシャンパンにしました。では乾杯~
串ですが予約時におまかせの「一串入魂コース」をお願い
しておきました。1人13800円

もちろん、どの串も美味しいです♪
高級食材だけでなく、季節の野菜等もバランスよく挟んで
くれていて、重くなってくる感じもなく、いくらでも食べ
られそうでした。(もう一周いけたかもw)今回頂いた中
では、子持ち昆布・ウニ・キャビアの串が一番気に入った
かも。
季節感のある食材が出てくるので、また季節を変えて訪問
しようと思います。
(春と秋は訪問したので、あとは夏と冬かな。)
接客も丁寧だし、やっぱ凡さん、間違いないですね〜♪
