2016年11月再訪問
休日は夕方17:00オープンに変わったようだ。開店直後に入る。まだ数名の先客のみ。
日本酒は1合で360円〜1000円のラインナップ。むちゃくちゃ安い。ひやおろし、にごり、古酒もある。
料理は、
・マアジの刺身
・大根とシラスのサラダ
・だし巻き卵
・ふぐ白子の天ぷら
・鮭茶漬け
ふぐ白子の天ぷらは柚子塩と天つゆがつく。揚げたてはとろける美味しさ。絶品。
だし巻き卵もふわふわ。
サラダは梅味のドレッシング。日本酒に合う。
18:30から満席に。関西の繁華街の居酒屋はチェーン店が多く、その中で貴重なお店。
2015年3月初訪問
阪急の高架下にあるかっぱ横丁。昔ながらのの飲屋街。美味しそうな居酒屋を発見。奈良の蔵元、初霞の直営居酒屋。日本酒のメニューの豊富さはもちろん、料理も多彩。冬場であればおでん、その他焼き鳥、小針などメニューが色々あり選ぶのに迷ってしまう。おすすめは、蔵元秘蔵和え。酒粕とシメサバ、ワサビを和えたもの。酒が進む進む。麺類メニューにラーメンもあるが、隠れメニューで奈良らしいにゅうめんもある。
小鉢ではおからがおすすめ。しっとりとして美味しかった。
お酒もあてもどれも安く、お得。おすすめ。
