8度目の訪問
過去の写真はあまり綺麗に撮れてなかったので星山大将以外の写真は全て差し替えました
赤酢の効いたシャリは人それぞれ好みが分かれる所ですがネタとのバランス良く、ほどけ具合も最高

酒をそこそこ呑んだので2枚越えましたが安定感あるツマミに握りでした

おまけに男前やし( ー`дー´)キリッ
良いお店です
だんだん予約も取りにくくなっているのも確かですが...(^^;)

以前、新橋しみづの大将に名刺を渡され・・・
「大阪で頑張ってるんで行ってみて下さい」と・・・
行かない訳ないですよね♪
何度か訪問しておりますが今回初めてアップします
ほしやま大将は京都祇園の鮨まつもとさんで修業され
そのまつもとさんは東京新ばし しみづさんで修業され
いわば孫弟子さんに当たる方です
自分はまつもとさんへは行った事ありませんが「しみづ、まつもと」の流れを汲みながらほしやま流を織り交ぜてお客さんを楽しませる良い鮨屋さんに進化されていると思いました♪
しみづ大将も先日お忍びで来られてたみたいです(^^)
