港川の外人住宅跡を改装したお店、店内は外観とは異なり現代和風的なシンプルな感じ。
大人数対応の座敷もあります。「松平」の店名は出雲松江藩の第7代藩主であり
「不昧」として茶道でも有名な松平治郷公が由来というほどの出雲への思いが深い店。
驚いたことに女性お一人で主に切り盛りされています。蕎麦粉の産地掲載もされています。
鴨油が好きな私は「鴨割子そば」の4段にプラス1段。割子追加は1段300円ですが、
最初のオーダーからプラスすると1段250円だそうです。友人の天ぷらもカラッと揚がって、
炊き込みご飯も美味しそうでした。
蕎麦は蕎麦粉の香りも漂い、歯応えもあって美味しい。汁は結構辛めというか濃く感じました。
コクもあってドロっと濃厚な蕎麦湯とはよくマッチしていたように思います。
次回は、普通の割子と温かい蕎麦を頂いてみたいですね。
此処は材料や使う水などのご苦労も多いかと思いますが沖縄にあって
この蕎麦に対する情熱、真摯な姿勢は素晴らしいです。
不定休ですが(金)が基本的にお休みとのことです。
