安里駅は駅前にいきなり山羊料理店が数軒並んでいたり、昔の商店街の名残のような部分が
多くアメ横脇や歌舞伎町、池袋なんかの裏通りをごちゃ混ぜにしたようなエリアなので
普通の観光客は寄り付かないと思うが、ある種の好事家連中はこの時代も認識できない空気を
求めて集まるに違いない。
鄙びたアーケードの中にパイプ椅子が店頭に並んでいるのが当店。
店内は写真の通りとっ散らかっているのだがユニークな店名の店は大好きなので数回地元知人
と食事をさせてもらっている。
金・土曜限定で骨髄注射、いやげんこつチュウチュウなる牛の髄をオーブンで焼いたような
ものも有名なようだが手作り餃子が基本、中華系メニューが主な店だ。
イチオシは鴨汐焼(2500円)。
少々値が張るように見えるが鴨半身程度なので数人でシェアするといい。
とにかく鴨の火入れが秀逸。
少々お疲れに見える親父の腕は確かだ。
聞けばこのメニューはオヤジと奥さん以外はこの料理は調理しないそうなのでお二人が
休みのタイミングだとありつけないリスクはある。
表面をいい塩梅でソテーしたらフライパンごと火から外して予熱で中まで火を通し
再度仕上げているがその加減は写真を見れば歴然である。
ピンクペッパーなど粒胡椒と塩気のバランスがいいので噛み締めて鴨の鉄分を満喫。
台湾出身なのかシジミの醤油漬けも充実。
肝臓をいたわりつつも酒がススむありがたい肴ですな。
自家製ラー油は八角やクミンの風味が出ていてうまい。
餃子は焼きより水餃子が良いように思う。
皮が分厚い北京風。
小ぶりとは言え基本10個で出てくるので健啖家と訪ねるべし。
