宮崎空港から車で40分という便利な処にある『たかおか魚苑』。前回同様に息子夫婦と孫2名。掘りごたつに炭火焼きという大好きなパターン。
今回は、猪肉の炭火焼きと鮎の味噌焼きが新たにメニューに加わっている。楽しみ〜。^_^
残念なのは運転手なので生ビールが飲めない。(^_^;)
ノンアルコールビールで我慢しよう。今回は、定食ではなく好きなものをアラカルトでお願いします。
【炭火焼き】
・宮崎牛(ロース)〜さすがの宮崎牛。まわりの脂は綺麗にカットされた霜降り具合が素晴らしい。
・地鶏(じとっこ)〜さすがの宮崎地鶏。この黄色がかった皮目が綺麗で美味い。意外に柔らかいので子供達もパクパク。
・猪肉〜これは私のワガママで2皿食べまくり。やっぱり猪肉は脂身が美味い。でももう少し厚めにカットして欲しかったかな。
【川魚料理】
・鯉の洗い〜久しぶりの鯉。酢味噌との相性抜群。綺麗なカットが美しい。
・鯉こく〜旨いのだが白味噌がちょっと甘すぎるかな。宮崎の白味噌はやはり全体的に甘め。
・鮎(塩焼き)〜やっぱりオーソドックスで美味い。
・鮎(味噌焼き)〜甘めの味噌焼き。最初は美味く感じたが、徐々に飽きてくる。鮎はやっぱり塩焼きだな〜。
こういう田舎料理と自然の雰囲気は大好き。緑に囲まれた周りの環境で食事も美味しく感じる。
それに何と言ってもコスパが素晴らしい。これだけ食べて一人3000円ちょっととは恐れ入る次第。大変有難いお店。
