食通の友人との間で、中華料理の話になると、
最近話題に挙がるのが、こちらの「クロモリ」です。
宮城の旬の食材を多用し、地産地消の創作広東料理は、
仙台にいままで無かった新しいスタイルで、
香港や東京の本格的な広東料理とは一線を画します。
地産地消の創作広東料理であるがゆえに、
ここでなければ食べることの出来ない唯一無二の料理。
本場の広東料理をイメージして来られると、
多少、違和感を感じるかもしれません。
日本人の味覚に寄せた広東料理ですから、
正直そこは、好みの分かれるところなんですが、
料理自体のクオリティは、極めて高めでした。
この店の味に惚れて、何回もリピートする客の気持ちが、
よく分かるような気がしましたね。
余談
チャーハンだけは、本場の香港スタイルです。
これだけは、是非食べておきましょう(笑)
