久しぶりに友人二人と食べログツアー・・・
今回は美杉の蕎麦を食べに行こうと、友人が予約してくれた。
それがこのお店。1日2組のみの予約を受け付けるだけなので、中々行くこと自体が難しいらしい。
確かにお店の予約状況を見てみると4月、5月とほとんど埋まっている・・・
それでも何とか予約が出来、この日となった。
お昼の予約時刻は12時。伊勢を10時前に出発し、途中松阪の友人と合流してお店に着いたのは12時少し前・・・
お店の場所は「日本桜100景」に選ばれた「三多気の桜」のすぐ近く。この日は4月初旬で、生憎まだ咲いておらず少し残念・・・
お店の前が4~5台は置ける駐車場。少し早いけど車を停めて店内に入った。
店内には既に先客が囲炉裏の部屋に1組。私たちは奥側の部屋に案内された。
挨拶もそこそこにコースがスタート。
まずは、「蕎麦せんべい」が「蕎麦茶」と一緒に出された。ポリポリと食べて、香ばしい。
少し待って、「蕎麦掻」・・・熟成されたたまりをつけて・・・もっちりした食感。
続けて「アマゴ塩焼き」・・・囲炉裏端で数時間かけて焼いたもの。「頭から食べられます」・・・確かに、爽やかな塩味。
奥様特製の「手作り胡麻豆腐、あしたば、タラ芽、椎茸の天ぷら、ムラサキ花豆」・・・素朴なお味。
いよいよメインのお蕎麦!!
まずは「更科そば」・・・ビックリした!! とても細くて、真っ白。
食べてみると、思ったよりもっちり。爽やかな風味。素直に美味しいです。
続いて「十割蕎麦3種類」・・・田舎蕎麦と細麺と太麺。ご主人の話によると、十割蕎麦でも茹でるまでに手を掛ければぶつぶつに切れることは無いとの事。なるほど~~
「蕎麦湯」・・・わざわざ蕎麦粉を溶いて作るらしい・・・とろみのある食感で、葛湯にも似た感じ・・・
最後はデザート、白玉に餡を乗せて。どちらかと言うと辛めの味が続いたので最後の甘さが嬉しい。
食後に少し奥様とお話を・・・メモメモ・・・それによるとご主人は「阪神百貨店」で長年営業畑に居たとの事。全く趣味と言うか門外漢で蕎麦を始めたらしい。最初は信州の「夢ハウス」で修業を1年、その後独立したらしい・・・へ~~え。びっくりした!!
どちらにせよ、久しぶりにまともな美味しい蕎麦を食べた。
