平日でしたので数日前でも予約が取れました。
到着すると女将さんがお出迎えして頂き、予約しておいた「離れ」に通して頂きます。
女将さんが付きっきりで調理して頂けます。
色々なお話をして頂けました。
コースは
自慢のお野菜を使った2品、鶏のしっぽ1品が供された後、絞めたばかりの鶏を女将さんが炭で焼いて頂けます。
条例が厳しくなるまではこれを全て生で供していたとの事。
その後、メインのとりすきを2回に分けて作って頂き、雑炊→果物という流れです。
焼き、とりすき供に結構皮をススメられますが、実は私とり皮は大の苦手...。
しかし、臭み無く、確り頂けました。
當店の一番の魅力は女将さんのお話かもしれません。
お店を始めて鶏すき一本30年、鶏に携わって50年
鶏はお客様の予約の直前に絞める事
鶏糞のみで育てた野菜に絶対的な自身を持っている事
一組一組のお客さんの接客に毎度緊張感を持っている事
お客さんを皆平等に接する事
etc...。
とても有意義な時間が過ごせました。
また、伺いたい場所です。
お子様連れも大歓迎して頂けるのでそちらもポイント高いですね!
ちなみにお部屋はミシュランにも記載してありますが「離れ」が絶対オススメです!
