初訪
夜の京都でのお食事が2ケ月程前に確定したので、ランチで此方を単訪予約。京都御苑の南端、直前にお邪魔した老舗茶舗「一保堂」からは徒歩5-6分の距離。
入店1200チョット過ぎ。和風の建屋に、店内はスタイリッシュな空間が展開します。
カウンター:9席、テーブル:4席x3 の配置。ご指示されたのは、カウンター席の1番奥(火器の面前)の好席でした。

スプーン1投目で、蛍烏賊にヒットしました...バター?でソテーされているのか?マイルド且つ芳ばしい風味...素材として和食の先入観でしたが覆されました。洋食の蛍烏賊も有りですが、蛍烏賊は、もう一匹を追加で、微塵切りにしたモノを希望します。

お野菜もメインの素材の引き立て役ではなく、独立させれば立派なメイン料理になりそうな内容。
