日曜日の夜10時過ぎから
飲みに行こうたって
なかなかあいているお店なんかありゃしない~
完全に難民状態になった俺は
食べログにもガイドにも頼らず
雰囲気任せで
結局こちらのお店にたどり着いた(尾崎豊風)
こちらは元祖 海鮮市場の炉端焼 えびす丸 熊本総本店系の
いわゆる軽い居酒屋さんだ
ほんとは場末な渋い飲み屋で一杯女将と飲みたかったのだが
そんな店まで辿り着くこともできませんでした~
キャサリン’s BARもしまっちゃってるし~(涙)
こちらのお店
店内もがらがらで
もうどうでもいいや!という感じで飛び込んだ感じでしたよ~
とりあえずおなかがすいたので
生を頼んで
地の魚を刺身でお願いした
いか、さば、車エビを刺身で
(しかもしめさばじゃないですよ~)
熊本ならではの甘ーい醤油でいただいたが
そこそこおいしいじゃないですか
なまこ酢もビールに合う
なんで頼んだのかわからない
カキフライはこんがり上がりすぎていて香ばしかった・・・・
そんなこんなで結構おなかがいっぱいになってきたところで
ずっと気になっていたウナギのかば焼き
聞いてみると
鹿児島産で
やはり東京とは違い蒸さないとのこと!
「鹿児島産のウナギは東京でもよくお目にかかるが・・・・)
おなか一杯にもかかわらず
うなぎ好きの闘志が燃え上がりお願いすることにしちゃいましたよ~
焼きあがるのに20分ぐらいかかるということなので
熊本名物の焼鳥を一本食べながら焼くのを見ていました
おおおお~
さすが関西風の焼き方というか
確かに蒸さないで
1本を切らずに丸ごと尾頭付きで焼いているじゃないですか~
久しぶりの蒸さない鰻なのでテンションが上がります!
そして焼きあがってきたうな丼は
思いのほか立派でびっくりしちゃいました
肉厚で蒸してないので身が反り返っています!
たれは結構甘めで
ご飯にもしみ込み
田舎で食べたうな丼を思い出します~
うううう懐かしい・・・
確かにひつまぶしにするにはもう少しこんがりしたほうがいい
(ひつまぶしもメニューにありましたが確かに名古屋以外では食べる気がしない)
関西風の蒸さない焼き方にかかわらず関東風の背開きだったり
まあ、ここ九州ではそんなの関係ないのでしょうが
思いのほか筋肉質でおいしかったのですヨ!
結果的に
九州の鰻も食べれたし
魚もいただけたし結果オーライ!
ごちそうさまでした~
これで明日の仕事もがんばれるゾイ!
