2019年4月9日(火) 宿泊
高知の鰹のタタキツアーと称して、土佐御苑さんに宿泊しました。和風の老舗の旅館のようで、落ち着いたお部屋で夕食をいただきました。
今回は「紅の幸」コースでお願いをしました。次から次へと運ばれてくるメニューに目が点になってしましました。食べきれぬボリュームに圧倒されましたが、美味しくいただきました。
鰹のタタキは、ポン酢でいただきました。さすが本場の鰹は違いますねぇ。それから、四万十鶏のすき焼きも珍しく、美味しくいただきました。
驚きだったのは、津野山ビールと呼ばれるビアカクテルです。なにやら見た目は、抹茶ビールのように見えます。実は、津野山で育った良質な「かぶせ茶」をパウダーにし、ビールと合わせたカクテルのようです。「かぶせ茶」とは、一番茶に覆いをして育てたもので、煎茶より渋みが少なく甘みのあるのが特徴。また、抹茶よりはほろ苦さが残り、さっぱりしているのだそうです。なかなか美味しくいただきました。
いや〜、ボリューム満点の夕食でした。ごちそうさま。
