明日は、箱根カントリー倶楽部でプロアマの大会があります。
今日は、明日、一緒にプレイする人達との会食を此方で。
ザ・プリンス箱根 本館 東棟・G階にありますが、この ”ザ・プリンス箱根” って良いホテルですね、今度、何かあったら泊まってみましょう。
まずは、明日の健闘を祈り「生ビール」で乾杯、引き続き、私は「開運 純米吟醸」を。
「旬菜」・・・・・烏賊舌切菜花独活 香草和え、蓬胡麻豆腐 雲丹 山葵、片栗菜芹浸し 糸賀喜、筍ライスコロッケ 木の芽ネーズ、飯蛸桜煮、蚕豆挟み揚げ、花山椒 赤貝酢浸し、畳鰯チーズ挟み。
「吸物」・・・・・蛤 と うすい豆のロワイヤル 百合根 木の芽。
「造り」・・・・・鮪、桜鯛、鯛白子、巻海老、間八。
昆布山椒醤油、土佐醤油、あしらえと共に。

”旬菜” から ”桜海老炊き御飯” まで、どれもが平均点以上の美味しさ、流石、「なだ万」です。
箱根近辺で接待を含む食事をと思った時には、此方は安心して利用できます、安定した美味しさです。
そうそう、接客もホテルらしくそつが無く素晴らしいかったです。
滅多に箱根で食事をすることは無いですが、もし、することがあれば、此方は、確実に候補の1軒となります。
