このお店には一時期はまって頻繁に訪問していました。
初回レビュー以降もずいぶん訪問しましたが、徐々に味に疑問を感じることが多くなってきました。
14年2月28日夜久しぶりに訪問し、「寒ブリの刺身」(@945)と「生エイヒレの煮付け」(@945)をオーダー。
刺身は見栄えは美しいのですが、ブリの生臭さが出てしまっていて今ひとつ。
煮付けはだし汁が濃すぎて塩辛かったです。
刺身はともかく、以前はこのお店の煮付けは鉄板の美味しさでした。
私の嗜好が変わったのか、お店の味付けが変わったのは分かりませんが、以前ほどの感動を覚えません。
とはいえ、「生エイヒレの煮付け」などあまり普通の居酒屋では見ない、レアな魚料理を出しているところはこのお店のよいところ。
これからもがんばってほしいものです。

このお店は、私の地元の駅の鷺沼で、最も気に入っている居酒屋です。
魅力は魚料理の旨さと、日本酒のメニューの豊富さ。
魚料理は刺身が常時日替わりで10種近く。
同じく日替わりで焼き魚や煮魚も供されます。
刺身については、近隣の溝の口の雛には及びませんが、
焼き魚や煮魚などの魚料理の旨さは、雛を軽く凌駕すると個人的には
思います。
日本酒のメニューは20~30種類くらい。
500円を切るリーズナブルなものから、1000円を超える本格的なもの
まで種類豊富♪(価格は1合単位)
魚料理と日本酒が好きな私にとってはたまらなく魅力的なお店ですね。
溝の口、たまプラーザなど田園都市線に数店舗展開しているお店で、
私も溝の口店には何度か訪問しましたが、鷺沼店のほうが数段味が
上という印象があります。
価格は安いとはいいがたいですが、この味なら文句はありません。
この2ヶ月で4~5回くらい通っています^^。
間違いなくこれからも通い続けるお店ですね♪
