昨日のお昼は向ヶ丘遊園南口の「登利武(とりぶ)」へ。初めてランチ営業のタイミングが合った。自分は「キジと地鶏のラーメン(醤油)」(800円)、妻は「日南鶏のステーキ定食」(880円)をチョイス。
ラーメンは先日夜に食べた塩ラーメンとスープの作り自体が違うそうで、よりスリムでキレのある味わい。麺もやや加水率が低いような食感だったけど、茹で加減の違いかな。鶏清湯スープと醤油のコクでやや甘みもあって、手もみ風のちぢれ麺の食感とワンタンの皮のつるんとした舌触り、青菜のキリッとした苦味と、なんとなく全体の味わいとパーツの構成で福島の名店「とら食堂」を思い出した。
この界隈だと濃厚系のラーメン屋しかないので比較が難しいけど、単純に好みとして登戸・向ヶ丘遊園エリアで食べられる清湯系ラーメンでトップクラスの味わいだと思う。麺大盛無料も嬉しい。
日南鶏のステーキは200gの大きな鶏もも肉で皮目のパリッとした焼き上がりと火入れ具合はさすがの腕前。880円でこの内容なら、これもこの界隈での1000円未満ランチのジャンルでダントツだと思う。
