本日はほぼ女性客で賑わう『かかや』さんへ。
うどんは柔らかいのだけれども、コシのある麺がこれまた良いんだよね(^ω^)
鰹、サバ、椎茸などから作るこだわりの出汁も良い。
今回はチョイとぜいたくをしようと
『大穴子の天婦羅うどん』1200円(税別)
『しらすと生海苔の丼』260円(税別)
『ジョッキ生』530円(税別)
を注文。
凡そ10分位だろうか、配膳。
澄んだ出汁を頂く。
深みがあるが、キレの良い旨味(^ω^)
麺はツルツルもちもち。量が少いのが残念だが、
その分良くかんで、モグモグモグ(^-^)
口の中でアルファ化が進み、出汁がその助けとなり、満腹中枢が刺激されます。
穴子は早めに食べた方が良いですね。
衣に染み込む薄味の出汁は、穴子の旨味をぼやかしてしまいます。次は別置きにしようと思いました。
しらす生海苔丼はやはりうどんの出汁をぶっかけて頂きました。そうすることで、生海苔の香ばしさと旨味、しらすの塩気と旨味が相まって最高のポテンシャルを引き出すことができました。
かかやさんの出汁をかけて作る即席茶漬けが、私は大好きです(^ω^)
