■2月10日(金)、久しぶりにささ寿司さんへ訪問です。今回も職場の同僚達との訪問です。
こちらのお店は、価格はリーズナブルなのですが、お味の方は十分に楽しめる一品料理がそろっています。
もちろん握りの方も美味しいです。今回は、4人でちょっとずつシェアして頂いたのですが、どれも美味しかったです。
今回注文した一品は、

ミル貝のお造り
この中でも、鰯のなめろうがさわやかで旨みもしかり感じられて美味しかったです。刻んだショウガが味を引き締めていました。だし巻き卵も楽しめる一品ですね。一切れだけ頂いたのですが、もっと食べたかったですね。鰯の揚げ物も美味でした。
今回頂いた〆の寿司は、ひらめの昆布締め・マグロ赤身・〆サヨリ・芽ネギ・アオリイカの5品
どれも美味しかったですが、なかでも「ひらめの昆布締め」は昆布の旨みがしっかりしみこんでいました。〆サヨリもさっぱりした美味しい一品でした。芽ネギは初めて頂きましたが、これまたさっぱりしているのですが、寿司飯に良く合っていました。マグロ赤身も旨みがしっかり感じられる一品でした。サービスのしじみ汁も嬉しい心遣いですね。美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。今回も美味しく頂けました。次回は、一人でじっくり料理やお寿司などを味わってみたくなりました。
