この界隈に引っ越すため物件を探していた折、不動産屋から、「馳走きむらは美味しい!」と聞いて訪問しようと思っているうちにミシュランで星獲得。予約が難しい店となってしまって行けていなかった。
家内曰く、「以前は予約なしでも行けたのよ~」って(>_<)。
近くでは蕎麦屋の風來蕎も星を取ってから行きにくくなったがミシュランも迷惑な話である。
最近ようやく予約に成功。数年越しの訪問となった。
ランチタイムのメニューは、
<月替わりランチ>

家内が葵コースを予約した模様。
店はそんなに広くない。すなわち店主が目の行き届く広さという処だろう。
まず最初に出て来たのは正月らしい松の器に入った車海老のゼリー寄せ。海老のプリプリ感、ゼリーの出汁味が素晴らしい。
続いて海老芋と舞茸の柚子白味噌仕立て。これまた海老芋が絶妙の柔らかさ。白味噌はどちらかと言えば苦手なのだがこの味噌の味は好きだ。
次はお造り。これまた正月らしい末広がりの鶴の翼に盛ってあるヒラメ、メジマグロ、スミイカ。ヒラメの旨味も良かったがスミイカが特に美味だった。
次はごはんと一緒にと言うことで、「おかず達」が出て来た。
子持ち昆布と菜の花、飛竜頭とお麩の煮物、鰆の幽庵焼き、ニンジンのカステラ。ニンジンの味が濃い、堀川ゴボウの揚げ物、干し柿チーズ鋏み これはチーズの濃厚なに柿の甘みという意外性の組み合わせ。
薄味ではあるが出汁の旨み、素材の味を感じるものばかり。どれも手抜きが無く素晴らしい。
味噌汁は生海苔となめこ。これまた出汁が美味い。
デザートは抹茶のムースと苺。抹茶の香りが清々しい。
いやあさすが二つ星です。脱帽。
「出汁香る」というのは最近の食品メーカーのキャッチコピーに使われるが安っぽく使わないで欲しいと思う。本当に手間暇掛けて取った出汁の香りとは違うのだから・・・。
ということで近いうちにまた訪問したい。
