こちらは関内駅近くのお蕎麦やさん。
この界隈には遅くまでやっている蕎麦屋が意外とたくさんあるのですが。
味に関しては、今のところ二笑庵さんか、千花庵さんかなーという個人的感想。
というわけで新規開拓にやってきましたこちら。
まず目を見張るのは蕎麦前メニューの充実ぶり、クオリティも悪くありません。
居酒屋としての利用は大いにアリだと思います。
さて、〆に頂いたお蕎麦。
注文が入ると、生地の塊を自動パスタ打ち機みたいなのに投入します。
上からプレスされ、下からみょーんと打ちたての蕎麦が出てきます。
そのまま煮えたぎるお湯に投入、まさに打ち立て茹で立てのお蕎麦なわけです。
しかしてお味はと申しますと、食感はコシが強くて悪くないのですが、香りが立ちません。
わさびはチューブで辛みが強く、酒には合わせやすいかもですが、お蕎麦とはギスギスして相性イマイチです。
蕎麦湯は、ほぼ『お湯』でした。
店内は居酒屋然とした騒々しさ、元気があっていいのですが、〆の蕎麦を啜る環境としてはうーん。
居酒屋としての利用にはイイお店なんですけどねえ。
接客も気持ちよくていいんですけどねえ。
