この日は木曜日だったので、武蔵屋は定休日! ←営業が火水金の週三日ですけどねw
久し振りに福田フライへ・・・
此方のおばちゃんも80歳間近ですが相変らずお元気です ←若干耳が遠くなってはいますが・・

前日の大雪の影響で雪国と化した横浜
流石に野毛界隈も人出は疎ら
武蔵屋へ行ってみると3月9日まで臨時休業(汗) ←多分、お店が劇化された公演期間が理由では?
雪の積もる道をキャリーバックを引きずりながらもうひとりのおばちゃんの居る福田フライへ・・・・
いつもは賑ってる此方も流石に閑散としていました

「武蔵屋」は今回も休業だったので少し心配です
休業の武蔵屋からその足でFFへ!
17:30過ぎなのに店内はほぼ満席だったのでおばちゃんの前に席を確保
この日註文したのは・・・
・白菜漬
・チート辛いの

・お茶ハイ3杯
今回辛いソースの辛さ、ニンニクの香りが、いつもより強かった様な気がします
とは云え、高温の油で短時間で揚った串揚げ、フライは相変わらずの旨さ!
おばちゃんとは仙台の実家はその後大丈夫?なんて会話交わしながら軽く呑みました

出張の度に毎月の様に訪れる横浜の下町野毛界隈
有名老舗居酒屋の「武蔵屋」と同じ位の頻度で通っているのが通称「FF」のこの店
「FF」の所以は屋号で有ろうと思われる「福田フライ」からなのは明白なのですが
その「福田フライ」の屋号は店の何処にも表示されていませんw
唯一道路に出ている看板には「立呑み処 フライ屋」としか…
店内と云ってもビルの1階のガレージの様な雰囲気ですが(汗)
調理場と壁に沿ってカウンターが有る立呑みスタイルで満席になると通るのもやっとって感じです
フライ担当のおばちゃんと酒と一品料理担当のおにぃちゃん(息子さん)が店を切り盛りしています
おにぃちゃんは和食の出身なのでお造りなんかも充実しています!
揚げ物は「二度付け禁止」の大阪スタイルとは違ってソースに潜らせてから出てきます
ソースはニンニクと唐辛子でパンチの効いた「辛いの」とウスターソース系の「辛くないの(普通の)の」2種類
お勧めの揚げ物のメニューは…(ソースは「辛いの」が好みです)
・串カツ(豚バラと玉葱、長葱が串に刺さっています)
・くじら(鯨肉は結構な薄さですが「辛いの」とマッチして何とも云えない味わいです)
・かき(年中メニューに有りますw 冷凍物かも知れませんが濃厚な牡蠣の風味)
・玉子(串カツでは外せない好物)
・いわし(どちらのソースの方が旨いか?判断つかず)
・レバー(衣なしの素揚げ)
・とりかわ(レバー同様に素揚げですが、焼鳥の様なカリカリ感では無く、独特で「辛いの」とマッチ
お勧めの一品料理
・白モツ(是非「辛いの」で註文する事を!もやしと一緒に食べると旨い)
・漬物(自家製のぬか漬けが絶品です!特に胡瓜の古漬が小生好み)
・刺身(仕入によって素材は変わりますが、「黒むつ」「ほうぼう」「マンボウ」はお勧め)
裏メニューでハンバーグやハヤシライス、カレーライス、焼きそばなんて有る事も…
最近は顔を覚えられて、おばちゃんと会話するのも楽しみ!
若干お酒のCPは良く無い様な気がしますが、野毛へ行ったら寄りたくなるお店のひとつです
