口上手ではないけど実直で商売気の無い親父さんとの会話が楽しいお店なのでカウンターがオススメ。
女将さんら女性陣も比較的寡黙なのは忙しさもあるかな。
ただ、カウンターは6,7名でいっぱいです。
カウンターだと眼の前がおでん鍋だし、調理の様子も見えるので追加の注文もしやすいしね。
おでんはもちろん、金沢おでん。
魚介だけのダシがベースでしょうか、やわらかく濃すぎることもないダシはまた関西風の味とも
違って美味しいです。
そのダシを存分に吸い込んだ車麩を!とはいかず既に売り切れ。ある物だけで見繕ってもらいます。
おでんとは別にバイ貝とヒイカの煮付けが美味しそうに大皿で泳いでいたのでチョイス。
さっと火を通して煮汁で味が滲みこんだヒイカは大好物。
金沢のバイ貝の美味しさは言うまでもないです。
金時草は少しとろみがありいくら食べても飽きない味ですがおろし生姜が合いますねぇ。
肉厚の能登しいたけの炙り焼きは美味しかったので近江市場で購入したかったけど時間なくまた次回。
おでんだけでも十分に種類があるのだけど、他の料理も多いので何度来ても食べきれません(笑)
本店だかなんだか知らないけど片町の三幸より雰囲気はこちらのほうが好きだな。
小さな店なので店主家族はてんてこ舞いな事を承知で行ってください。
