いつも満席で、このところ6.7回連続でフラれている『炉端と肉割烹 笹椰』
ところが新型コロナの影響による、茨城県からの営業時間短縮の要請により、閉店時間が夜の8時になってから、1日の来客が1.2組、日によってお客さん無しという状態になっていると聞きました
やはり8時閉店(アルコールの提供は7時)となると、大繁盛店でも、かなり厳しい状況になるって事です
お店側からすると、換気に消毒、ソーシャルディスタンス、やるべき事はやってるんですけどね
土曜日の夕方5時に入店、週末ですが、やはり店内には妻と私の1組のみ
店主にご挨拶し、まずは生ビールで乾杯
・鰤のたたき
目の前で本物の藁で炙る寒鰤は、まさに本物の味!
山葵、針生姜、柚子塩、何を合わせても絶品、藁の火が消えても残る煙で温燻してるから、スモーク感がたまりません

・帆立香る大根サラダ(ハーフ)
帆立が入ったサラダではなく帆立香るサラダ、つまりドレッシングが帆立って事ね
この自家製帆立ドレッシングがめちゃくちゃ旨い、帆立が爽やかに香って来てなんとも言えない感覚、これは私の知る限りこの店でしか味わえないんじゃないかな
・自家製さつま揚げ〜480円
素材の味わいだけで楽しめるさつま揚げ、醤油を使わず薬味と一緒にいただきます
・牛タン串焼き(2本)〜790円
この牛タン串焼きはマジで絶品、これは本場仙台でもなかなかお目にかかれない品

時刻は午後6時45分、お酒の提供は午後7時までですから、残り15分で妻と0.5合づつ
名残惜しい所ですが、午後7時飲み干して終了
営業時間は8時までだけどお酒の提供は7時、ラストオーダーじゃないですからね
お酒が呑めなきゃ私の様な酒呑みは実質7時閉店
この間、後客2組の入店があり、本日の総客数3組
店主によると今日は土曜日で多い方だとか、なんとも寂しいじゃないですか
早いとこコロナ収束してくれないかな
ここで、店主のアイディア商品発見
・お土産つまみ〜1000円
まだ7時だからまだまだ呑み足りないんだけど、お店は閉まっている
だから『お土産つまみ』を買って帰って、自宅で2次会はいかがって訳ね
これはいい考え、ここの店主やるな
まだ7時だから、帰りに土浦駅プレイアトレの佐藤酒店で美味しそうな日本酒も購入していこう
自宅へ帰り、お風呂に入ってから仕切り直し、先程仕入れた日本酒と『お土産つまみ』
『お土産つまみ』の内容は、みそ豚の炙り、鯖みりん焼き、鳥レバーのパテ、鳥磯辺揚げ
これがまたどの品も絶品!みそ豚、鯖は炉端で炙ってあるから香りが秀逸、冷酒がすすみまくり(笑)
『炉端と肉割烹 笹椰』お店でも2次会(自宅)でも堪能しました
