お店は勝田駅前のホテルクリスタルプラザの一階にあります。
前回、連れてきていただき美味しかったので、今回は自腹で。
ご主人は長い間銀座のお鮨屋さんで働いていて、茨城に戻ってくるとは思ってなかったが
縁があり勝田駅前でお店を始めたそうです。
茨城では珍しく、本格的な醤油をつけないで食べられる江戸前鮨です。
魚は天然ものにこだわっているそうです。魚が苦手な人でも天然ものは養殖のような
鰯くさいことがないので美味しいと言ってくれるお客さんがいらっしゃるそうです。
ネタに合わせて、煮切り醤油を塗ったり、塩をふったり、柚子の皮を擦ってかけたり
して提供してくれます。
貝の美味しい季節なのでお刺身で貝と黒むつ、のどくろなどをいただきました。
黒むつは脂がのっていて美味しかった。
もうちょっと、おつまみが食べたかったのでお願いすると、こはだ、鯵をちょっと〆たもの
と、この前美味しかったとても柔らかく下ごしらえしたタコ、平目などをいただいた。
平目には柚子の皮を擦って。こうゆう細かいの、のんべいは嬉しいです。
あと、煮穴子を天麩羅にして出してもらった。
握りは、平目(煮切り醤油に柚子)、のど黒(炙って塩)、黒むつ(煮切り醤油)、たいら貝
が美味しかった。
今回は、笠間市の稲里純米をいただいたが、メニューをよく見ると白ワインも何種類か置いてあった
このお鮨なら白ワインもあいそうだった。
次回はお鮨をつまみに白ワインでいこう。
