ミシュラン☆☆星である事はもちろん
グルメ誌での記事を何度も目にし、
ずっと伺いたかったお店でした。
某早川さん(笑)の番組に出られているのを
拝見してたまらず、遂に伺う事にしました。
10日ほど前に予約をして
当日開店時間の17時から
知人と二人で伺いました。

お料理は一人15,000円
お酒込み二人でのお会計は43,000円でした。
兵庫県と聞くと、南大阪に住む僕には
凄く遠くのイメージでしたが、
最寄り駅が大阪駅から電車で20分と案外近く
嬉しい誤算でしたね。
お料理の味はしっかり目、
鮨はネタになんらかの仕事が
施されていますが、江戸前の枠を出た
『鮨 生粋』流であると感じました。
しゃりは砂糖を使ってないとの事で
そのまま食べるとかなり酸味が強いですが、
鮨になるとネタがしゃりに負ける事なく
しっかりと調和していました。
特に印象に残ったものは
『ひらめ漬け』『金目鯛』『さわら漬け』
『太刀魚炙り』『甘えび昆布締め』でした。
とは言え、ほとんどのものの完成度が高く
質、量ともにほんと大満足でしたよ。
当日お店は満席になりましたが
お料理、鮨の提供に滞りなく
しっかりとした大将の目配りと、
女将さん、スタッフの気配りの中
快適に食事を楽しませて頂きました。
また大将には魚の仕込み方を伺ったり
しゃりをそのまま握って頂いたりと、
わがまま言ってしまいましたが
全て快く応えてくださり、
その姿勢にも大変感激致しました。
立ち振舞い、所作も素敵でした。
季節が変わって魚が入れ替わる頃に
また必ず伺いたいと思います。
