前の投稿から移転してたのね
今回はのり牛
揚げたてのサクサク衣にしっとりな白身魚
甘辛な細い牛ニクと滴る海苔はメシ巻いて喰うとたまらない
たれはもっと垂らしてほしいくらい
金芽メシも艶よく甘みがでてしょっぱさを相殺するいい脇役

新しめなファサードで目立つ
何回か利用してるからわかるオーダーの流れ
入り口傍の微妙な高い椅子がトムには苦手
カツ丼にして取調室に持って喰うかw
プルプルな半熟玉子
かかってないサクサクな衣
かかってもまだ頑張るしっとり衣
成型のカツは揚げたてではない
ダシは強めでなかなかメシ進む濃さ
カツはみよしの餃子と同じ扱い方
揚げたての「とんかつ弁当」にすりゃよかったか
