今年のミシュランでふたつぼしでした。
実は知らない店でした。
いや、知ってたか。
やま幸から鮪をとってるすしやが千歳にもあるって聞いていたから。
その時は居酒屋?すしや?と思っていた。
調べたら大きなすしやがあって、その隣に息子さんがカウンターだけの普通の鮨屋をやっている、そんな感じでした。
ミシュラン発表から数ヶ月
予約はとりにくいらしいと聞いていましたが
うっかりすぐの週末の予約が取れました。
この日は偶然二回転だったらしく、後半なら二席あいてるとのことでした。
おまかせのみ、1万税別。
店はかなりゆったりしたつくりです。
つまみと握り。
いろいろでて、これで1万は安いと思いました。食材も本鮪やきんき、うにも入ってたし。
しゃりも思ったよりはまろやかな感じで
食べやすい。
この日だけかわかりませんが
(2回転目一斉にスタートしたので)
時間に合わせて炊いて合わせていました。

穴子がとくに良かったなあ。
しめの巻物はハスカップ巻をもらった。
さっぱりしていて、良かった。
かんぴょう巻きは絶対にたべるんだけど
その前の巻物は鮪とかだとくどくなる時があるので良かったな。
札幌めあてにくるひとたちも
千歳なら行き帰りに来やすいし
意外といい立地なのかも。
