今年も恒例の男爵黒豚の生ハム食べに行きました。
今日のは2年物ということでした。
メニューは11月から「渡島半島のコース」っていうのが出来て
これはシェフが近郊の食材だけで組み立てたコース。
こちらのお店は完全おまかせではなく、コースでも一品一品その日出てくるものがメニューに記載されているし
メインなどは自分で選択できるので、好き嫌い多い人でも大丈夫。
せっかくなので、その渡島半島コースにしました。ランチタイムは4200円。
コースに生ハムも含まれているのでちょうど良かった(゚∀゚)
ピンチョスは「噴火湾甘エビクリームコロッケ」「上磯産鰯の酢漬け」「噴火湾産たちのロマナ」
どれも美味しい(^O^)自家製パンにも合う。バターもたっぷりだし。
続いて「木古内産ひじきと自家製生ハムの煮もの」「南茅部産わかめと厚沢部メークインのテリーヌ」「尻岸内産鱈の肝ビネグレットソース」
そして函館男爵黒豚2年ものの生ハムは、いつも通りシェフが目の前でうんちく付きで切り分けてくれます!うまいうまいー
生ハムはどこで食べてもここのが一番好き。
メインまで全部美味しくて満足しました。うん、いいお店だw

以前から一度は食べてみたかったランチのハンバーグ。海老フライや甘エビのクリームコロッケ、ナポリタンなどもあります。
なかなかオーダーする機会がなく・・・ついに。
ラコンチャのアラカルトで食べたバスク式ハンバーグと少し違うような、同じような、覚えてないような(笑)
世界料理学会の案内ももらってきた。メンバー見えるかな?これは楽しそう。他にもまだ未定のシェフもおられるとのこと。
4月は楽しみ結構あるね。4/20ミシュラン北海道発売、函館バル、そして料理学会。

12月の定期訪問wわざわざイベント中の混雑時にいかなくても、普段のこういう日にいけばいいのれす。
なぜ12月に行くかというと、青函トントン(函館男爵黒豚)の生ハム目当て。
ちょうどこの時期に出してくれるのです。
今日は3年物。ウマウマウマ!熟成されていてやめられない味です。お値段一皿2100円也。
自家製パンにはバターたっぷり付いてくるし、スープもたっぷり。
今日は小イカのスミ煮を食べましたが、柔らかい小イカと奥のピラフとソースがとっても美味しかった。
デザートは定番でいつも同じですが、スペインで食すお冷たいお米のデザートは、シナモンたっぷりの冷たいおはぎの味がします(笑)オイシデスヨ。
なんと言うか老舗~って感じの接客も慣れれば平気です。

再訪問です。
今回はクリスマスのコースメニューです。
かなり予約でいっぱいなようで、ギリギリでした。
混みはじめる前に訪問。早めスタートです!
今回の目的は、毎年12月にしか出ていなかった
函館男爵黒豚の生ハムです。
以前食べた時絶品だったので食べに行きました。
ピンチョが出された後、深谷さんがハムをもって登場
本来ならば目の前でカットしてくれるのですが
この日はかなりの混雑で、ハムの乗ったワゴンが移動できない状態(笑
ほんのりピンクの生ハムは2年物。
来年もまだいけるんじゃないかと話していました。
2年前に仕入れやすい状況となり
数本仕込んだようで、12月以外も提供できそうとのことでした。
この生ハムは超!絶品です。
塩気、熟成加減ともにおいしいぃいい。今までの生ハムNO1です。
この後白豚の生ハムも出して頂きました。
こちらもまた違った美味しさ。ここの生ハムはイイ!
函館で生ハム食べるならココですよ!
生ハムだけなら☆555です。
他の料理は数度食べているので、割愛します。
ピンチョと生ハム、おすすめですヨ。
ちなみになぜか、こちらのお店の客層はいつも年配者が多いです。

ランチタイムとはいえ
お昼から生ハムを食べ飲んでいるひとが目立ちます。
1890円のAコースを食べることが多いかな。
スープ、パン、サラダ、メイン、デザート、コーヒーです。
メインは15種類くらいの中から選べるのがうれしい。

シェフがワゴンにのせてきて、テーブルの前で切り分けて盛りつけていました。
それをみて、生ハムもオーダー
マダムの「いいお値段ですけど!」という言葉が忘れられませんw
後で逆算してみたら、たぶん2000円ちょいだったはずです
これはとっても美味しい生ハムでした。
たぶん今まで食べた中で一番おいしかった。

静かに落ち着いて食事したいときはこちらかな。
