本郷通です!!ちょっとしたお祝いで念願のお店に連れてきて貰いました~♪事前予約していた開店時間と同時に入店です。外観からのギャップ差ある店内はカウンター8席のみ。店主ご夫婦のお出迎え、楽しみです。まずは生ビールで乾杯です♪この日は4組18時、18時半、45分、19時~と時間差スタートも面白いのが店主のトリックでいつの間にか全員が後半揃って最後の終わり時間が一緒とその不思議なテクニックにも注目です(笑)

全部で26品も出てきました~!!おつまみ14品、握り12貫とボリュームもありお酒も6杯も飲んじゃいましたね♪店主の料理に対する拘り、知識と自信をとても感じました。4組全てのお客を相手に途中から1グループになったかのような雰囲気で料理と会話に楽しい時間を演出してくれました(*´∀`)♪
お隣さんの20代カップルの彼女の大将に対する会話が面白い!!自信に満ち溢れてるあの大将が自由奔放な発言で大将タジタジ!!満場一致で彼女のことを「ローラちゃん」と命名(笑)本人曰く「ローラを見たときに私のような人が出てきたな」だって(^_^;)
総評…この料理内容で1万円は破格です!!ドリンク次第です。1位タコ煮、2位アワビの肝、3位茶碗蒸しかな?全部に拘りがあり熟成日数、漬け込み時間など全て試行錯誤の上に辿り着いたと言う。またいつか再訪問したらまた極みレベルが上がってるんだろうな~♪
時間差スタートもしっかりと途中から全員同じメニューに揃っている(笑)それも後客が前客のメニューを先に知ってしまうと楽しさ半減することないようなマジックテクニックも楽しめました(^-^)/終わりは全員一緒の22時とゆっくり楽しい時間でした。最初満載だったネタケースはスッカラカン♪ご馳走さまでした~(*´∀`)
