ゴールデンウィークの帰郷に合わせて予約を入れ
地元の友達3人で焼鳥ディナーに行ってきました。
店内は高級感漂う落ち着いた大人な雰囲気。
客層は見るからにセレブで普通の焼鳥屋とは違います。
席はテーブル席もありますが、カウンター席に陣取り
トリビーで乾杯したら、単品でオーダーします。

焼鳥は1本、200円〜500円と結構な値段がしますが
絶妙な焼き加減の比内地鶏を味わうと納得します。
歯応えのある肉質と肉の濃い旨みがたまりません!!
特に印象に残った部位は、
【白レバー串】
超レアなひと串で人数分なく、これが最後の1本。
食感は噛むまでもなく溶けるほど濃厚でめっちゃ美味しい!!
【ソリ】
これも数量限定の希少部位で別称はソリレス。
背肉の部分で歯応えは力強く、噛めばあふれるほどの
肉汁が口の中に広がりめっちゃ美味しいです!!
今回は極上の比内地鶏の焼鳥とワインを味わいながら
友達3人で話も弾んで楽しい時間が過ごせました。
笑顔が素敵な大将やソムリエの人も親切で感じが良く
また機会があれば是非再訪したいと思います。
