開店して以来何回か来店したのですが、すっかりご無沙汰しています。
このたび、遅まきながら就職祝いということでハズレのないこちらに招待しました。
飲み放題8000円のおまかせ料理というリーズナブルなコースです。
あらかじめ希望していたのですがカウンター席をご用意いただきました。
ここは、席から調理風景が見えます。
本日は、予約で満席です。
産地にこだわっているので時々確認しました。
まずはビールで乾杯。
飲み放題のビールは生だけです。
最初は茶碗蒸し。
結構、好き嫌いがあるようで茶碗蒸しは初めて美味しく食べたらしい。
山芋の短冊。
牡蠣フライか鯵フライ。(私は牡蠣が苦手なので鯵フライ)
イクラの乗ったチーズクラッカー。
鯖ゴマ味。(女性スタッフがゴマサバではないとダジャレを 言ってました。スルーしたけど(笑))
剣先イカとバフンウニの塩辛。
日本酒は、純米吟醸をと言ったら月山を。
島根県吉田酒造の夏季限定です。
スッキリした味です。
鯛の白子の生姜煮。
ハモしゃぶ すだち。
ハモの旬はまだですよねと聞いたらモノが良かったから入れたと言われていました。

確か4年振りなのですが、満足しました。
お友達のフォーコさんの話しとか、主な仕入れ先の山口県の話しとか、新しく作った包丁置きをにこやかに話されます。
色紙も、店名より親しい間柄なのでしょう下の名前宛てが多いですね。
安くて誰にも勧めることの出来る店なので評価点を上げます。
