去年の印象が大変良かったので、今年もこちらで
去年と同じ飲み友と二人で鮎三昧。
基本は去年と同じ構成でしたが、鮎自体は広島太田川
水系(?)で少し形が小さ目な印象でした。
その違いか、せごしで香りをあまり感じられなかった
のが残念でしたが、塩焼きの代わりにお願いした肝焼きと
〆の鮎ソーメンが絶品で、やはりこちらのお店にお願い
して間違いありませんでした。
シュッとした男前の大将は、聞けばまだ30代前半。
市内の評価の高い割烹でも働かれていたようで、これから、
ますます伸びそう。
近くにあれば、馴染みになって、時々は我が儘言って
みたい、そんなお店です。

夏になると食べたくなるのが鱧と鮎。
マイレビさんが召し上がっていた天然鮎のレビューを
拝見して、今シーズンはまだ食べていないことに思い
あたり、早速、呑み友と2人で伺ったのがこちらのお店です。
予約のときに鮎をお願いしたものの、美味しい塩焼き
くらいの気分で入店。
すると若い大将が、活きの良さそうな鮎が何匹も入った
大きなビニール袋を見せて、「これで一通りいきますか?」
みたいなことを聞かれたので、素直にお任せでお願い
することにしました。
既に0次会と0.5次会でビールとワインはいただいて
いたので早速お酒をいただきます。銘柄は失念して
しまいましたが、冷と燗それぞれ用に5,6銘柄あって
冷を数銘柄いただき、最後は地元の亀齢八拾の燗で
仕上げました。
料理は島根の天然鮎三昧です。
・ お通し: 冬瓜の餡かけ、胡麻豆腐
・ せごし: 香魚の文字通り、瓜の様な、メロンのような
フレッシュな香りとシャクシャクした
歯ごたえに悶絶(^-^)
・ 塩焼き: 内臓が美味しすぎ
・ 煮付け: 山椒にも負けない鮎の滋味
・ 揚げ物: 梅を巻て揚げたもの。これも美味しいコラボ
・ 茶漬け: 海苔と三つ葉たっぷりで、さっぱり。
思った以上に鮎もお酒も楽しめて大満足。
今回のようにテーマを決めて予約すると、いろいろやって
くれそうなお店です。(あくまで予測w)
