広島は流川通りには、たくさんのお寿司屋さんが軒を連ねてますね。
その中にある「一貫流川店」さん、広島娯楽センターにある「一貫」さんの2号店です。2013年の開店して以来、何度も通わせて頂いてますが、今更ながらの初投稿になります(^_^;)
お店は「宮島ビールスプラウト」さんや、アイニティ2号店の「立ち飲みほしの」さんと同じ雑居ビルの1階にあります(^-^)
カウンターだけのお店は、とても清潔に保たれていて、とても男前な大将がお迎えしてくださいますよ♪
生ビールをお願いし、付き出しの「かんぱちと大根の煮付け」を頂きつつ、今日は何を食べようかな…と考えます。
通常のメニューの他にも本日のオススメは右手の黒板に書いてありますよ。
早くお寿司を食べたいので、今回は「アジ南蛮漬け」と「季節のぬた」のみをお願いします。
アジの南蛮漬けは、しっかりと酢漬けされていて、骨までボリボリいけるほどです。酢の状態は丁度良い塩梅ですね。ぬたは、普通に美味しゅうございます(^-^)
いつもは、もう一、二品頼んでウダウダ飲むのですが、今日はお腹も空いたので早速握ってもらいます!
そして、同じくいつもはお好みで握ってもらいますが、今回はレビュー目的ということもあり、お決まりの「上握り:1800円」をお願いします(^o^)/
まずは、いかと鯛の昆布締めから…いかは甘みがあり、歯応えも申し分ないものです。
昆布締めは、浅めに仕上げられていて、元ネタの鯛の旨味もしっかり伝わってきます。
シャリは、少しだけ甘みのある広島風♪ふわっと握って頂いており、お醤油をつけて頂くにはベストな状態ですよ(°▽°)
続いてトロ〜♪ 口に入れるとジュワッと脂が染み出てトロけていきます(´∀`)
さらに、ヨナキガイ、エビ、いくら、煮穴子と続き、最後は芽ネギ。
お決まりのラインナップにヨナキがあるのは、広島ならではですね。今回のものは大きくて食べ応えありました(°▽°)
一貫さんではマストの煮穴子は持ちあげるとトロけて溢れ落ちそうになるくらいのフワフワ仕上がり…極上の逸品ですよ♪
お腹も一杯でご馳走さまでした!これだけ頂いて、お会計は4000円少々でした(^-^)サイフニヤサシイ
店名にもある通り、お好みで頼んでも一貫ずつ提供していただけるので、一人でふらっと来ても全然OK!
これも何度も通っちゃう理由ですね。また行きます〜(´∀`)
