飲み屋街の怪しいビルの地下一階、壁の穴を抜けるとあるシブ~い居酒屋さんです。
店も個性的なら店員さんも個性いっぱいで、カウンターの隅で小説を読む主と思われる方、
じっとこちらを見つめる料理人の方と言った具合です。
値段の記載のないメニューから生と気になった物を注文します。
隣には後から来た同伴のお客。場所柄、同伴客は多いです。
その、私より若干若いぐらいの会話から無理が伝わる男性と、上辺の会話で済ますキャバ嬢です。
昔には同じようなようなことをしていましたが、つくづく無駄なことをしていたと感じます。
昨日が大ハズレだったので今日は特に旨いです。
お通しの「ポテサラ」はジャガイモとハムだけと思われますが、どうやって作ってあるのか相当旨いです。
お通しのもう一品「切り干し大根の煮物」は出汁の風味が良く、個々の味の良い素材の調和が素晴らしいです。
刺身には特別さはありませんが無難に美味しく、アナゴの白焼きは身の厚いアナゴが香ばしく焼かれていました。
「シャコ酢」は先日のばっかす程の旨味ではなく残念でしたが、物は大きく食べ応えがありました。
「メバル煮付」は出汁と醤油の加減が良く、臭みが全くなく大変美味しく頂けました。
最後に頂いた「明太卵焼」は、少しだけ甘みの利いた厚焼きに、明太子の辛味が良く合って大変美味しかったです。
締めも置かない硬派な居酒屋ですが、道に迷った客を電話で必死で案内し、
それでもダメならお迎えに向かう程の、人情深いお店でもありました。
