岐阜県・高山エリアにあるラーメン店です。
JR高山本線 高山駅東口から徒歩7分ぐらいで、八軒町通り沿いにこちらのお店はあります。
周辺2ケ所で6台分の駐車場があります。
木曜日13:20到着、平日の遅い時間帯なのでガラガラ、テーブル席に座りました。
広々とした木の温もりが感じられる店内は、L字カウンター9席と、6人用テーブル席2つと、10人位座れる三角形の大きいテーブル席で、夫婦と思われる2人で回してました。
昭和23年豆天狗創業の先代が創り出した味である高山の中華そばを、これからもずっと皆様に伝え続けていきたいと暖簾を守り続けています。
メニューは「中華そば700円」「つけ麺800円」とシンプル。
中華そばは麺の茹で時間1分でスピード提供が可能、つけ麺は2玉までが同一料金で3玉は+100円。

麺の茹で時間12分なのでTVを観ながら気長に待ちます。
さすがに2玉は迫力がありますが、ペロリと完食できました。
自家製の太麺は全粒粉なので風味が強く、つけ汁に負けない旨さがあります。
つけ汁は、釜炊きでまんべんなく加熱され作られ、あっさりした中にもコクがあります。
豚バラチャーシューは硬めの仕上がり、煮玉子は半熟加減がほぼ無く残念な一品。
メンマは極太で適度な歯応えがあって、好みの美味しいものでした。
