猪苗代町の蕎麦屋「石筵」は、郡山市磐梯熱海温泉街に在る蕎麦屋「いしむしろ」の本家とも言うべき老舗。熱海本店は平仮名表記だがこちらの店名は漢字。雰囲気はこちらの方が歴史を感じます。出されるメニューもだいたい同じ。「ざるそば」と「割子そば」を注文。ここの蕎麦は十割ではなく二八です。
「ざるそば」は磐梯熱海本店の海苔はもみ海苔だが、こちらはきざみ海苔で蕎麦の量も多いかも。でも二八なので途中で厭きてしまう。もう少し蕎麦の量を減らして値段も下げたら通いやすいかも。「割子そば」も「山菜そば」と同じ具材だが、なめこと天かす、とろろ、蕎麦の実、うずらの卵とかが好いな。
