開店早々、そして平日という事もあり貸切。
温風ヒーターを入れて頂き、暫し。
途中のポップで気になる案内。
掘削して、地下400メートルからの地下水使用・・・
私の趣向では難しい水となります。
蕎麦は更科に近い印象。
二番粉まで使用。
(私の印象ですので、違う場合もあり)
そんな感じなので、香りは希薄になりますが、喉越しは強め。
しかし、小鉢が多くなかなか魅力的な印象。
よって、女将のサービスと手料理が印象的!
