北九州レビュアー 折尾オフ会 高橋酒店を出た後、タクシーで移動してやってきたのは、本日のメイン会場。
九州では珍しく神戸牛が楽しめるお店です。
いつか行ってみたい。。と思っていて、やっと念願かなったりです。
お店は想像以上に真新しくて和tモダンな感じ。もちろん満席です。
今回6名で個室。テーブルには七輪と、焼肉タレが準備されていました。
各自飲み物をオーダーとアテにキムチ。
こちら発祥の名物焼きしゃぶは1人前4枚(2200円)。これを、1人2枚づつに分けれるように注文。
「すきしゃぶ」は、すき焼きと焼肉の旨味を追求したこのお店オリジナルの品で、神戸牛を割り下をさっとくぐらせ、遠赤効果で片面のみサッと焼き、すき焼きのように生卵にくぐらせて頂くものです。
お肉は、霜降りサシがたっぷり入った薄めの大きいお肉。白ごはんも用意、準備整うと
まずは「焼き奉行」のバッジを付けた店員さんが、焼きかたをお手本で焼いてくれます。
その後は各自食べる肉で実践。生卵にくぐらせたら、白ご飯にワンバウント、白ごはんと一緒に食べると、もう最高、とろけました。
メインの焼肉は、色々盛り合わせされた炭火デラックスファミリーセットです。
神戸牛、上カルビ、上ロース、上タン、豚、桜姫鶏、粗挽きウィンナー、骨付きカルビ、ホルモン盛り合わせ、サンチュ・・
と、こちらもボリューミーです。
デザートは、パイナップル。さっぱりです、
そしてコーン茶でさらにすっきりとしました。
頭割りすると、3600円くらい・・!増税前は、白ごはんお代わりが自由だったとか・・。
でも、こんな上質なお肉が、凄くリーズナブルに頂け大満足です。
