小倉に現れました。
門司から移転された寿司千蔵さん、
屋号を寿司あさ海と変えて11月に
オープンされ、食べログに掲載され
ていましたのでお伺いしました。
小文字通の手前を左に入ると鮨あさ海さんが
ありました。店内はカウンター5席だけ。
開店祝いの胡蝶蘭がたくさんあり照寿司の三代目渡辺さんのお花もありました。
お造りはヒラメ、糸昆布とわさびでいただいた。
鰆の炙り、このわたの茶碗蒸し、
鯨の胃袋には柚子胡椒、鯨の脂に柚子胡椒が
よく合って美味しかった。
ハツガツオに粒マスタード、面白い組み合わせ
ですね。御酒がすすみます。
クリームチーズにわさび。これも御酒が進みます。
ここからお寿司です。
フグはちょい湯引きして白子を乗せて、
フグの白子軍艦巻き、ヒラメとエンガワ、
のどぐろの炙り、烏賊、ヨコワ、中トロ炙り、
たいら貝、地魚かな。
蓴菜の味噌汁。
鰤かな、海老、次の1貫も忘れた。
鯖は炙り、白菜の浅漬けの握り、
穴子は手巻き寿司でいただきました、
甘味は干し杏、烏龍茶で戻すとのこと、
満腹です。
