赤坂にある[やま咲]さんから、修行先が一緒だったやま中出身のこちらを紹介くださり訪問。
予約日、昨日の宴会料理で不燃焼なので、お口直しにピッタリ。
お店は住宅街の一角にありまます、1時過ぎに訪問です。
店内はお寿司やさんらしい凛とした空気が流れる、1枚板のカウンター席のみ。
こちらもお寿司自体に味付けがされているので醤油を漬けることはほぼなし。
ガリも太く一口大カット。

茶碗蒸し、中はチーズとんぶり・・雲丹いくら一口丼はやま中さん共通。

お茶もコップも洒落た焼き物、ご主人さんが佐賀出身なので、有田・伊万里焼きを使っているとか。お酒も佐賀産中心。
私の他に若いカップルが居て、食べ方とかマナー(箸がいいのか手で食べるのか)聞いていたので丁寧に教えてらしていました。
敷居も高そうだけど、リラックスされていたのが微笑ましかったです。
