2014北海道、広島に続いて福岡、佐賀のミシュランガイ
ドが発行された。世界に冠たるグルメの愛知県を差し置いて、
なぜ、北海道、広島福岡が、と思うがそれはさておき、福岡
で3つ星を獲得したのは、行天とここ嵯峨野
である。
ミーハーな私は、今回の福岡出張でつい予約した。
このお店は福岡では有名な老舗料亭、口コミが5件(2014
/10/1現在)しかないのは、改装の為しばらく別なところで
営業していた為、2年程前に新しくお店ができた。
外観はとても立派、門には出迎えの女性が控えていて席まで
案内してくれる。中にはの景色も掛け軸もとてもすばらしい
カウンターで6000円からのコースもあるが、今回は贅沢
に2万円のコースを選択、三ツ星の実力を見せて貰うことに
した

料亭で懐石料理を頂くと、いつも日本人に生まれてよかった
とおもう。今回もすばらしい料理を頂いた。
国産のよく香る松茸、去年は一度も食べなかったのに今年は
もうこれで4回目だ。その中でこちらの松茸が一番よく香る。
さすがお高いお値段を払っただけのことはある。
かわはぎのうすずくりもすばらしい。ふぐのてっさよりもこ
ちらの方が旨いと思う程である。かわはぎの肝を醤油に溶か
して頂いた。
あかむつのおいしいさもすばらしい。
お酒は2合徳利もあるが、色々と飲みたかったのでグラスで
3杯頂いた。 グラスはワインの様で、もっと日本酒らしく
とも思った。
今日もすばらしい料理を頂いた。ここが、三ツ星と考えなけ
ればとても満足だ、
