Selected ingredients grown by producers in the diverse natural scenery of Shonai. At [Al Kecciano], we incorporate plenty of seasonal flavors that are available each day, and provide hospitality by making the most of the deliciousness of the ingredients. The course menu, where you can enjoy the chef's recommended menus such as meat, fish dishes, and pasta, is perfect for important occasions such as anniversaries. Please enjoy to your heart's content a variety of luxurious dishes woven from the blessings of Shonai, the ``food capital''.

We serve local seasonal ingredients using a variety of elaborate cooking methods. ``Maruyama's Roasted Sheep and Swiss Chard'' is made with Haguro sheep from Shonai, which has a strong aroma and flavor, but has no taste, and is simply roasted so that you can enjoy the original taste of the ingredients. ``Salmon Cooked at 43℃ and Space Food Bone,'' which consists of salmon cooked at a low temperature to be moist and eaten with crispy grilled bones, is also a masterpiece created by a chef who does not compromise on making use of the characteristics of the ingredients.
