Yonezawa beef, produced on our own farm, has a distinct sweetness from its fat and delicious lean meat. At Ushi no Ongaeshi Takayamako, you can enjoy a variety of dishes such as `` Sukiyaki'', `` Yakiniku (Grilled meat)'', `` shabu shabu'', and `` Steak'.
ServiceThe flavor of “Yonezawa beef from our own ranch” produced using sophisticated fattening technology
We raise approximately 1,300 Yonezawa beef. At Takayama-ko, the cow's return, we only use "Yonezawa beef" produced on our own farm. We do not care about the grade at all, and only fatten our cattle in pursuit of deliciousness. The general shipping age for Yonezawa beef is approximately 32 months, but our Yonezawa beef is raised for over 34 months to produce delicious fat.
SpaceA spacious private room is also available.
Maximum of 7 people per room. You can also use it for banquets by removing the threshold. * Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is not available in private rooms. You can feel free to visit us even in small groups.
