At our store, we carefully select sake from Yamagata Prefecture that goes well with fish! "Hatsusonma Shin Junmai Honkarakuchi" has a dry taste that you will never get tired of, "Shuho Suidore George" has a sweet taste and is easy to drink, and "Tatenogawa Junmai Daiginjo" has a fruity taste that will appeal to women.
