Above all, we are proud of our sake, which is shipped directly from the brewery, Inada Main Store! This sake is carefully brewed with heart and soul using spring water from Mt. Daisen, a magnificent peak in Tottori Prefecture. To help you enjoy your drinks even more deliciously, we offer sake accompaniments made with local ingredients and seasonal ingredients. Hanare, a completely private room located at the end of a small breezeway next to the courtyard, is also frequented by celebrities. This is a popular room where you can relax in a relaxed manner. Although it is small, you can feel the four seasons from the courtyard that can be seen through the long windows on the side.
