A wood-fired oven crafted by the renowned Neapolitan master Ernesto, one of only seven in Japan. The owner built the oven himself without going to Naples during his training. Enjoy a meticulously crafted pizza, aged for 100 hours and made with a blend of four types of flour. All-you-can-drink plans available for farewell and welcome parties, as well as girls' nights out.
