These pigs are raised in Saitama with a very particular diet. The meat is fine-grained and the fat is elegantly sweet. A variety of menu items will be available, including homemade ham and bacon, stewed and low-temperature roasts.
Food low temperature cooking
All of our main dishes are carefully cooked at low temperatures to bring out the natural flavor and delicate flavor of the meat. All cross sections of the red meat have a uniform rosé, and the pork has no shrinkage at all. Because the meat is not cooked at a high temperature, the flavor of the meat does not escape easily, allowing you to enjoy the overwhelming flavor of the meat.
