Food Dishes made with plenty of ingredients delivered directly from the farm
Tankaku beef from Iwate Prefecture, extremely fresh fish delivered directly from Iwasaki Uoten in Mie Prefecture. We use plenty of carefully selected ingredients, including fresh vegetables ordered from local Fuchu and farmers around the country.
Food handmade fresh pasta
This is our signature product, and about 1kg is produced every day. You can choose not only dinner but also pasta for lunch. Enjoy the deliciousness of hand-made noodles that you can't find in dry noodles.
Drinkrich glass of wine
We mainly handle Italian wine, but also Japanese wine, and we have over 100 bottles of wine available at any given time. We open more than 10 types of wine, including bubbles, whites, reds, and rosés, to match the food and customer's preferences.
